Bee swarm hospitalizes 6, including firefighter, in California

Six individuals, together with a firefighter, have been hospitalized Saturday afternoon after being attacked by a swarm of bees in Monterey Park in Los Angeles, Calif.

The incident began round 5:30 p.m. within the 200-block of North Atlantic Boulevard, in line with Los Angeles firefighters.

Firefighters had responded to studies of a number of individuals being stung by bees within the space.

It was instantly unclear the place the bee swarm got here from or how the individuals ended up being stung.
