COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (WPRI) – Police in Colorado say 4 youngsters from New Hampshire have been unhurt and are protected with kin, after their father took them throughout nation.
Colorado State Police say a Parks and Wildlife officer pulled over Matthew Giovanditto, 30, of Taunton round 5 p.m. on Saturday within the Colorado Springs space.
On September eleven, police in Salem, New Hampshire acquired a report from Giovanditto’s ex-spouse, saying that he might have taken his youngsters to Colorado. Salem Police say Giovanditto’s ex-spouse has full custody of the youngsters.
In line with Colorado State Police, he not arrested as a result of no expenses have been filed towards him.
The 4 youngsters ages 9, eight, 5, and three years previous have been picked up by a relative round 9 p.m. Saturday night time.
