PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) — A number of Democratic members of Congress are asking the top of the U.S. Environmental Safety Company whether or not three company scientists have been prevented from talking at a convention as a result of it included a dialogue of local weather change.

In a letter to EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt launched Tuesday by the workplace of Sen.
