PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — A former enterprise affiliate and workplace supervisor of New England Anesthesiologists, Inc., and president of Anesthesia Administration Consultants, LLC, pleaded responsible in federal courtroom Thursday to embezzling greater than $seven hundred,000 from medical agency financial institution accounts and an worker 401(okay) pension fund.
In response to the Division of Justice, John M. Hairabet, Jr. admitted that between October 2007 and Aug. 2013 he embezzled $587,218.36 from financial institution accounts belonging to New England Anesthesiologists and $one hundred twenty,313 in funds to be deposited into an worker 401(okay) pension fund.
Hairabet, forty five, pleaded responsible Thursday to six counts of wire fraud, two counts of cash laundering and one rely of pension fund theft.
