PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) – A person needed for a collection of crimes in Rhode Island and Massachusetts was arrested on Friday in Taunton.
Michael A. Gonzalez, 35, was arrested by members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Process Pressure.
Cranston police say Gonzalez is a suspect in an armed theft, which happened Sept. 9 at Pontiac Meals Mart on Pontiac Avenue, and an armed house invasion, which happened two days later at a house on Gladstone Road.
Gonzalez was needed by Raynham police on a cost of larceny of a motorcar. On Sept. thirteen, Cranston police tried to cease that car on Pontiac Avenue, however the driver fled and led police on a excessive-velocity chase that ended when the car crashed right into a constructing on Elmwood Avenue in Windfall.
