Tractor-trailer driver charged with 4th DUI after Del. highway crash


NEWPORT, Del. (WPVI) —

Delaware State Police have charged the driving force of the tractor-trailer concerned in Sunday morning’s fiery crash together with his fourth DUI offense.

Jeffery B. Mosier, fifty five, of Pageland, South Carolina was charged following the wreck at 2:38 a.m. Sunday on the merge of I-ninety five northbound and I-295 northbound.
