An area highschool water polo event will take over Coney Island’s Sunlite Pool — the largest outdoor pool in the country — this weekend when St. Xavier High School and its AquaBombers host the “Sunlite Shootout.”
The action — which features other local teams (varsity and JV) in Mason, Milford, Sycamore and Princeton, as well as top teams from Columbus, Illinois and Michigan — kicks off at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday this weekend.

The admission for adults is $8 with kids 10 and under free. The max for a family will be $20. Concessions will be available and food trucks will be on site as well.
