NORTON, Mass. (WPRI) — What began out as a routine visitors cease, ended with felony drug expenses for a Wheaton School scholar.
Norton police stated an officer was touring on Mansfield Avenue in a marked cruiser when he observed a car behind him was following too intently together with his excessive beams on.
Police stated the officer stopped the car and observed the driving force – recognized as Jedediah Daniel, 20, of Shohola, Pennsylvania – was appearing suspiciously, spraying aerosol within the car and reaching for an open duffle bag.
Police stated after additional investigation, the officer discovered a big amount of medicine in Daniel’s automotive – together with greater than 5 kilos of marijuana, cocaine, psilocybin mushrooms and MDMA (also referred to as Ecstasy/Molly).
Daniel – who police stated was a Wheaton School scholar – was positioned beneath arrest and charged with following too intently, trafficking in cocaine, possession of a category D substance with intent to distribute, two counts of possession of a category C substance with intent to distribute, and one rely of possession of a category B substance with intent to distribute.
Police stated he’s scheduled to seem in Attleboro District Courtroom Friday morning.
