Pete Rose Tweeted early Monday that World Series Game 5 between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Houston Astros reminded him of the 1975 World Series Game 6 he played in for the Cincinnati Reds and Big Red Machine against the Boston Red Sox – a game many consider the greatest in World Series history.
Rose isn’t being paid by FOX for his opinions as he has been the past two MLB postseasons, since he was replaced by Keith Hernandez and David Ortiz in MLB on FOX coverage. But he’s clearly following along nonetheless.
